Toto’s Terms of Service
I. General Terms
-I reserve the right to decline any commission I am uncomfortable with or cannot do
-Rude behavior is grounds for a cancellation of the commission
-I will not accept commissions wanting to depict underage nsfw, zoophilia, hateful content, etc.
II. Payment
-Payment for commissions is sent after the sketch is sent and approved by the commissioner
-For Adopts, I allow holds up to a week. If stated otherwise, payment is expected to be sent in at max 48 hours from the acceptance of the offer
III. Process
-Commissioners should expect a maximum of 2 months if stated otherwise based on complexity, queue position, and physical / mental health
-At any point feel free to message me for updates
IV. Refunds & Cancellations
-At any point in the commission I reserve the right to refund and cancel your commission for any reason
V. Copyright & Usage Policy
-Commissioned Art can be and will be posted onto my social media’s, used as examples, & self promotion
-Commissioners can only request refunds if the digital process has not been started. Other than that, refunds are not allowed
-If you do not want to have your art posted, please inform me
-The commissioner can share, print, or repost artwork for personal use only
-Be sure to credit my art when in use via my TH, Twitter, or my Instagram
